Hot Stone massage

Mix of stones, heat and local pressure that has a positive effect on muscle tension. The blood circulation and the supply of oxygen to the cells is stimulated. Ideal for stress reduction.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a special scraping technique with a smooth-edged massage tool, which is worked on the oiled skin along the muscles or meridians. This method of TCM is recommended for stagnant energy, colds, pain, stiffness, muscle tension and headaches. Due to the increased blood circulation and repeated scraping of the skin some bruising might occur. This however disappears within a couple of days.

Back peeling during massage

In addition to our relaxing massages, we offer you a cleansing back peeling. This will free your back from blackheads and other impurities.
